How to be a better Man?

Regarding the recent happenings all over the world and in my personal life as well, I'm seeking advice from more experienced people on this forum regarding on how to become more strong mentally and how to inculcate discipline and consistency that helps us to grow as a man, also what qualities one can inculcate to become better except the two mentioned above.
